Alex, the agreement between JMAR and IMP should be very
significant to both companies. In a recent research report
done by Meyerson on JMAR, they feel that the CATS division
of JMAR (the one that is involved with IMP) should do quite
well in the ASIC market. They say that CATS have a substantial
competitive edge over other chip prototyping methods.

JMAR stock is currently 3 1/2. Meyerson says they think that
JMAR could hit $18 in 1998. Anyone interested in IMP should
check into the prospects of the CATS division of JMAR by
going to their web site at www.jmar.com, or searching the
JMAR subject on techstocks. I am going to look closer at
IMP as an investment, due to this relationship between IMP
and JMAR. I am already sold on JMAR.
