I happen to believe that InfoSpace is among the best-positioned companies that will emerge from the current market in an even stronger competitive position. Re-focusing its efforts around being the leading global provider of cross-platform merchant infrastructure services on wireless, broadband, and narrowband platforms, which are widely recognized as being high growth markets, will build strong shareholder value for long term investors.
InfoSpace has an army of strategic global partners including a global network of wireless, PC, and non-PC devices, including cell phones, pagers, screen telephones, television set-top boxes, etc.. It has relationships with AT&T Wireless, Cingular Wireless, Intel, Virgin Mobile, Verizon Wireless, etc.. Its network also consists of more than 3,200 Web sites that include AOL, Microsoft, NBC's Snap, Lycos, and others. InfoSpace is also positioned to
tap the market for broadband wired (DSL and cable) and broadband wireless (2.5G and 3G) services, such as interactive gaming, television and other entertainment services. All high growth, high margin applications and services.
My ave. purchase price on INSP is only $4.50/share and in a few months I think any price in the single digits may seem like a steal...=)
