But the stock may be cancelled next year, which overhangs the market.

Bid volume far exceeds ask volume; so, oversold will force the offer to have a nice move every once in a while. We just had one which went above 10 cents. Blow off was planned if SVCDQ reorganizes this spring. Now it has tabled to next spring. That is my analysis.
