Dear Scumbria:

FDR and the Democratic Congress should have built what they claimed, a 401k type of pension fund system not a let the future pay for senior welfare. It may have cost twice as much but, we would have had surpluses all these years and far smaller taxes to boot. Face it, they FYOBG.

You should be contrite and hang your head in shame. The new deal stole from the children to pay their bills. What a deal to their descendants. If they set the payroll tax at just 5% both for the employee and employer, the fund would have been able to pay those old retirees and saved billions and now trillions into the private plans.
