Good point, Jay. Dialogic makes boards and doesn't sell software, except as an embedded component in their products. They couldn't have been expected to partner with MSFT in software development. Dialogic has built SS7 into product for some time. A search on their website (http://www.dialogic.com) disclosed 38 references to SS7, many in relation to products. My understanding is that there is not yet any SS7 software on the market to take advantage of the capabilities Dialogic has been building in.
