Reverse splits have historically been the kiss of death for so many companies trying to meet exchange eligibility requirements by maintaining a minimum share price. It is a rare exception to pull it off successfully. I recently read an article on this but can't remember where.

PS Hey Brian how ya been lately? Haven't heard much from "the gang" since October-Novemberish, the downdraft must've caught quite a few by surprise with its duration and magnitude it seems.
