Im writing this letter to express my dissapointed in the handling of their issues. I purchased my DVD player in the beginning of Novemeber and like many of you all have not received anything. I have emailed Scott numerous times and the 1 or 2 times he has replied he just said he will look into to it or promise it would be delivered by christmas. Now you might think that $250 is not too much money but I come from Australia and with our crap exchange rate it has cost us over $600 for this product.

If the company claims that it has a customs issue than thats fine but please let us know! You will probably have far less disgruntled customers if you would just let us know what is going on instead of lying or not responding at all. Its bad customer service. Being a customer service manager I know how hard it can be but if issues arise like this I always told the customer what was going on......

I hope that this can be resolved soon

I ordered the player in early November.
Of course, like the rest of you, I haven't gotten mine yet either.
But I'm willing to keep on waiting just a little longer.
This is nothing new to me.
I've had this same thing happen with other overseas imports.
Who's to blame?
The GREEDY entertainment industry & authorities!
They created all these different ZONES & FORMATS.
You have TWO questionable items in ONE package
A player that is set-up the way they ALL should be made!
The GAMES or SOFTWARE?
Well.........if that is the issue?
Why can't DULUX/E-Commerse be allowed to just SEPARATE the SOFTWARE from the DVD PLAYERS & at least give the units to us?
I think we all could wait longer for the games.........right?!!
Just like anything else that's good for the rest of the WORLD........`someone or somebody' HERE always wants YOU to NOT have something that may undercut their intentions to control you!
Hmmmmm?

What good is a message board. The company hasn't posted any messages besides the welcome. Messages from other dissatisfied customers don't help me watch DVD's in my home. A DVD player does. Since I don't have a DVD player, this message board is useless, just like company stealing money from trusting customers.

I ordered mine on december 1 and paid by paypal but still haven't got it yet.. Sent Zillion of e-mails but still nothing.. Called the #800 everyday hoping that somebody will pick up not hang up the phone.. The website didn't help at all.. it only asked you to wait and wait and wait....
How long are we supposed to wait.. At least they should give us info of how behind they are or what is their current situation with the problem...
I hope they are reading this and are doing something about it (like give us info, dvd player or $$$ back)

Yes, I am also waiting for my order, but the mere existence of this forum, allows everyone in the world to see what is going on. Why would any business advertize the fact that they suck big time? Clearly someone is trying to resolve a very difficult issue. Try to deal with governments sometime.
