Just discovered mcdt as a possible arbitrage play. Do you have any insight as to the reason that spinoff was class A shares and IPO was class B? After the market shakes out the mcdt shorts the mcdta should trade above the B shares. After all the right for 10 votes should be worth more than the right to one vote. Advanta A and Herbalife A both have premiums to the class B shares.
