A couple of "facts" about Recordit.

A friend of mine has a copy and it does use lossy compression. However, he says that when listening on computer speakers there is little difference evident in the sound quality.

When used with high speed CD-ROMs (12x or better) you can copy an audio disk in about 5 minutes to Zip. Not to shabby.
