Khris-I think in the short term say 1 year or less this will be a
lousy deal for shareholders. The division that they are selling is
a profitable division. And the division they are hanging on to is
growing, but is still lost 1.6 mill. if I remember correctly. So I
would assume that the company will continue to lose money on cont. operations until the other line reaches critical mass. On the
positive side is that managment will be able to strictly focus on
the zigarelli line(hope I spelled close).
