These are impressive figures. Of course they are from FEMA.
To continue in operation FEMA must put out these impressive figures to justify their existence. Everyone should take care of their own risks via insurance. If you don't either take the consequences or beg for charity. Fema takes up huge amounts of monies and spits out pennies.
