Although few are at their highs, some of the "old economy" components of the dow have come a long way up from last year (Boeing has doubled, MO more than doubled). The tech components have gone down, but not enough to overcome the strength in the other components compared to a year ago. The dow is a very good example of the rotation that goes on.
