Hi Mike, I've been swamped in Hawaii with the insanity of NASD-like real estate prices. Lot of those Schwab types took their winnings off the table when the NAZ broke 4000 and bought the last available Hawaii oceanfront property. We have 1 acre lots near the ocean going for $15,000,000 cash. Oceanfront can be had for $25,000,000 now at the Gettys' new resort. Yikes! But back to reality....What's your take on NEM and SWC right now? TIA, PK
