I think I did get your point. At least I hope so. Let's see - - you seem to have implied that once IOM responds truthfully to not being in takeover talks, then that would set themselves up for not being able to credibly deny takeover talks if they were to happen. Is this what you are saying?

If so, then IOM can't tell the truth. In addition, IOM can't deny or confirm any rumor. In other words...IOM can't be trusted. Is my take on this erroneous? I'd appreciate your opinion.
