Only those holding a signed UCC document get a crack at the assets. Suppliers typically don't, until you become a credit risk then they might demand it. James, We are talking hundreds of millions in owed to suppliers in Q4. I can almost assure you they will be requiring a signed UCC. Amazon management will not care. They are not holding the bonds.
