George thanks for your candor, but it clearly seems to me, if Greenspan wanted to boost the economy and prevent recession rather than cow towing to Bush, he would have publicly stated that tax cuts take too long to get results and are too narrow in scope and the way to boost the economy is a one time uniform tax rebate to all filers. This would boost the economy pronto. The problem with this is all those dumb poor slobs get to benefit as much as the fat cats!
