DEC used the ARM architecture - DEC did not create this.

Intel bought DEC's StrongArm business - the StrongARm 1100 was a DEC design.

Intel's XSCALE is their OWN version of the ARM architecture which Intel has licensed.

If you want to believe that Intel copied it or stole it or hijacked it - go ahead.

After all - Intel didn't become a $35 Billion company by ever inventing anything of their own - such as the MICROPROCESSOR - EPROM - or DRAM.

They merely stole all these ideas from AMD.
