I read the credit report with mixed feelings. Its good to know/see the restructuring is working. However, there were serveral things in the credit report I found troubling.

> Telxon has a good niche market position offset by its relatively
> narrow product focus and the prospect of much larger, broad based
> competitors entering its marketplace.

S&P doesn't sound real positive but then ...

> Sales growth has been strong, averaging over 20% for the past five
> years, but overall profitability measures have been mixed ...

And

> Financial flexibility is adequate, with cash of $45 million on
> March 31, 1997 and availability under its $100 million of bank
> facilities.

However, they end with

> OUTLOOK: Negative.
>
>The various business risks currently faced by the company and the
> sustainability of its turnaround efforts remain concerns.

Is this overall rather negative outlook the reason for today's fall or was it merely a reflection of the overall market? Is BB- considered a good rating? or rather as gathered merely an adequate rating?
