If you look close, it appears that IFTP is like a Garage Sale in a world of retail. Maybe not that bad, maybe something like a Dollar General in the world of department stores... They take something at the end of its original life and milk it again... Sure it looks like it has generated revs, but I doubt it was a fraction of its original run.
If you take a close look at the products, you will see that clearly. All are a bunch of hand-me-downs....

The Backstroke was not a hand me down, the BBJ Bun & Thigh is not a hand me down, the Total Tiger, Spud Wiz, Turkey Saddle, Osteo and Prostate product are all new products and inventions. The Medicus Dual 2000 have never went to national roll out and I could go on and on. Yes, the Torso Tiger was purchased well after it rolled out, but we wanted the Tiger Brand and the other products that were in development with the Torso Tiger. In some cases like Robert Allen’s show we will utilize our team to attempt to make a show work that has only had limited test results. Notice we don’t discuss Robert Allen’s show much because it is not in our financial projections. If we can make the show work it is a bonus to our shareholders. I just spent the last twenty minutes reviewing your posts with our attorney. No longer are you just stating opinions you are making statement that are false. I have watched and allowed you to continue to state your opinions; you are entitled to free speech rights. However, you have crossed the line, on Monday the whole world will know who LBJ is and where you live, we have waited for the appropriate time to bring legal action, our attorneys have also been watching the posts, to determine how they compare with recent cases in which legal damages have been granted. Upon the filing of charges, we will post the lawsuit on our website and I am sure your fellow posters will spread the word from site to site of your legal problems. I suggest you spend the weekend reviewing the recent cases in which Companies have been awarded significant damages, your statements are far worse than any of those cases. Please post this research on this Board, it would be the first honest reporting you have ever done.

IFTPONE- Do you think the bashers have an organized conspiracy against Infotopia? I believe there is an organized attempt by Janice, the X r's, LBJ and probably some more posters to bring the stock price down! Are your lawyers in touch with the SEC at all to look into such a conspiracy theory?

At first I felt everyone is allowed his or her opinion. However, as none of the posters you mention claim to own any stock and their postings have become so far from the truth, I suspect you may be right. We are going to have our attorneys take any and all steps to discover the real truth of what is their agenda. Free speech is one thing, however the continued attempts to discredit and twist every statement from our Company seem to indicate the posters have another agenda. The chairman's message will be updated by midweek and I have asked our attorney to prepare a review of other cases involving litigation against bashers and present it in the next chairman's message.
