DC express has buy on CWEI. I thought you would like to see this Buzz. I have missed my last predictions but Dave Cook rarely misses. Rmember he had a buy on this stock at $8.00 last August. He also reccomended selling it when it hit 16.50 last year. He has a new estimate on it.
