Big eye, even if a shareholder feels teased by that article and the subsequent correction, be careful to make such grave allegations in public. Also CNC management itself indemnified by stating that they can not determine who buys CNC bonds...(so they will perhaps argue that they do not need to "sort out" or deny such reports...). I believe it is up to attorneys and courts to decide upon "fraud", not me and not you. Apart from that it is also my opinion that those recent developments cast a big dark cloud over CNC and I'm looking forward to the release of earnings (or the alleged lack thereof).
