E!:

I hadn't, thanks.

To put the 'emphasis on a different syllable though:

However, Corrigan said that this plan is dependent upon the chip market. "We'll wait and see how the economy is doing," he said. "I think everybody now is waiting to see how the economy unfolds."

I suspect that the 'no recession/soft landing crowd would argue that, until we have the classic two back-to-back qtrs of GDP contraction, no recession will have occurred. As you know, that is not to say that individual sectors can't be in recession within the overall economy. I'm no economist (but then, AG ain't much of one, either<gg>) so can't do much more than look at anecdotal evidence---based on which, I'd agree with Wilf.

Having said that, this eternal optimist, like Duane, is looking across the valley. BTW, as primarily a LTBH'er, I have not been decimated (yet) thanks to fairly broad diversification. Financials and oils have pretty much balanced out tech holdings so I'll be around to annoy you all for some time to come ;-)

Now, if we go into a depression...

Sister, can you lend me a dime...

Regards,
Wolf (holding long and strong...while whimpering)
