Joe: The downgrade by VanKasper on PCOM came the day after the CC in which management said that the 2Q would be flat. They did, however, guide to 30% eps growth by the end of the year. Wells Fargo VanKasper reported a position of under 10k shares as of the 6-00 filing with no filing since. Just as a track record. VanKasper gave a strong buy reco. in Oct. when the stock was at 7. It then went down to the 2's.. So much for their brilliant analysis. LOL What does interest me though is the institutional buying as of the 123100 report. The largest of the buyers was WISB of RDRT fame. I think that in the second half of the year this will be a winning stock. If you are interested, the CC is on the website at www.pcom.com Ken
