Sure thing. A "niche product" is a product which has appeal only to a limited number of users. The word "niche" itself actually refers to a little depression in the wall of a castle, house, or whatever, which usually houses a small statue or possibly a trophy.

Niche products include things like expensive color printers, for which the total number of units sold might amount to a few tens of thousands for a successful product. A product which sells over 6 million units within two years of its introduction is definitely not a niche product.
