Paul, I agree that the "wedge" everyone has been speaking of is not the best example of a wedge for the reasons you've given (especially volume). YOU have described this move as a failure of the channel to hold. Other than descriptive differences, are there any material technical disctinctions betwee the two formations? For example, we know that when a edge fails, the point of turnaround is usually the bottom of the wedge (if I recall correctly). But on a channel failure, I don't know how to guess where a bottom comes in. TIA, and may the SOX be with us this week!
