For the record, I don't think Bush should be touching the ANWR. But I do think Bush will do a great job balancing the budget. And I don't believe his tax cut will cause the sky to fall all-of-a-sudden, despite the frenzied objections from Democrats

Most non partisan economists do not think we need a tax cut even if it were possible to implement in full this year....which it is not......in fact, it won't be fully implemented for 9 years.

So what do YOU think is the real reason that Bush is calling for a tax cut?
