When done with CMIX DD, make sure to do your "ZMIX" DD....

Check out WHME and theworldhome.com and quote.com

The Bahamian government in Freeport, GBI did a little HUD-like project with pre-stressed/pre-cast poured concrete homes back in the late 60's. All the houses are still standing after several huge tropical storms. These were constructed by Atlantic Stress & Precast aka: Herb Madry of Ft. Lauderdale, FL. (jmhollen, company pilot).

WHME'S Zmix homes will be far superior, having a greater modulus of elasticity (..ability to take a punch..) due to the crumb rubber (..scrapped tire grindings..) contained in the cement mixture. The "World Home" is also much more attractive than the old AS&P-style cookie-cutter cracker-boxes.

Foreign/3rd-world governments love these type of projects as the are low first cost, low maintenance, and also considerably raise the living standards of their people.

John :-)
