Paul: Sounds like a bit of uncertainty has taken over your certainty. I'm at a loss to find this immense "certainty" you speak of. Let me quote myself (always fun): "Considering that we know AMD is (almost done) installing oxygen implanters" I stand by the amount of certainty contained in that ;))) Anyway, I don't really see that it matters very much. The worrying part is whether or not they actually know what to do with the damned things once they are installed. Does MOT produce SOI wafers now? Any of these wafers used in a high performance process? (The G4+ is on standard HiP6, AFAIK.) -fyo
