I won't be buying but it sure feels like the time.

On March 10, 2000 I remember that it was extremely difficult to find people that were not bullish. Even though the FED had hiked rates 6 times and everyone knew we were at a top. Then we went straight down.

Now it is exactly the same on the down side. Impossible to find people that are not bearish even though all the big guys have reported and all the bad news has been baked into the stock prices. And the FED has lowered 100 basis points.

Everyone talks about how bad the outlook is but at the same time they say that the market looks 6-12 months out. If the negative values of stocks are correct, then it means that the FED rate cuts will have meaningless power in the near future. Just like the guys back in March saying the the FED hikes would have meaningless power in the near future.
