In the absence of Bill's confession, the dress is about on the same level. Get real man! You have it backwards. In the absence of the dress, there would have been NO confession. As for Bush, if (by what ever means) these so called individuals come forward publicly, tell their story subject to cross examination, and pass a lie detector test.... then I'll agree that Bush did drugs.
