What is the basis of your post? Please cite references, and substantiation to your comments. Are these your opinions? If they are, do you have any factual reason to make this point?

I think it's pretty clear that it is just my opinion. I assume you're referring to my belief that the WinTel solution will become attractive in a tightening economy. It's cheap, how can you disagree with that? If the IT budget is lower than expected when long term plans were made a short time ago, the cheap solution might be the only way to go.
