If you follow the history of this stock you will discover that the price was stuck between 1.5 and 2.5 until last may when a date was announced for the first important court date. That day the stock began it's run to 11 which if memory serves me right took four days. I'm not sure that that will happen again when they schedule the Markman, but anything is possible. A lot more people are familiar with the investmest now. Also, the patent was taken a lot more seriously once the hearing was scheduled.
