Never, EVER, follow brokers' targets unless you're using them as a contrary
indicator. Look at the chart. Make your own decision. All brokers & analysts
are either lying or stupid. They want your money. Period. They have
absolutely no interest in making money for you. They have no shame.
Just look at how they milked the public coffers with NT. It's sick.

With a NOR position at $15...I'd just hold it for now.
Significant resistance at ~18 and ~21 I think.
