Watch CSCO and techs in general do quite nicely this week. After the bloodbath last week. Expect about a 40% retracement of last week's losses. I think Friday (or maybe first thing tomorrow) is the short-term bottom. The future depends on how fast capital spending can come back. And that will have a lot to do with Uncle Greenspan. If he's on the ball he'll lower again this week by a half point. No reason why interest rates should be any more than 4 1/2% now.
