I really don't know what to think.. I still think it's a never-ending construction project, one that the PR tries hard to sell. This appears to be another value added element of the package.

I wonder if this is the reason for the mid-Q CC.. if so, we'll find out. We'll also find out what this is going to do the earnings projection... is this accretive? This puts us near 60 mm shares outstanding.
