Jerome, Thanks for your inputs. Off topic: I am starting to put together a list of tech stocks that are likely to make a new high some time in the next two years or so. This is one angle on investing in times like this. AMAT & TXN are on the list. Perhaps JDSU could be added and also BRCM (more risky this one, but price/book is low). There are lots that could be added of course, and probably most semi-equip's. John
