Thats exactly what I was trying to figure out. I had my conclusion/suspicion based the fact that ECGM has ties to the UK and China via the name and who sits on the board of directors...I do realize that Wong is a common asian name however. It just seemed reasonable that they are one in the same or that Dulux is a subsidiary...?
