As a long time customer of T I'm especially upset with them. Cancelled my calling card today and credit card and long distance on both my lines. It seems they have a computer problem which has charged me long distance on local calls to my isp local connection. They put the blame on Verizon my local carrier but won't do anything about it . Verizon is acting on my complaint and knows that I shouldn't have been charged.

Now I know that a glitch has occurred and we all (T & Verizon) know this also. What bothers me the most is the attitude and refusal of any assistance to straighten this out by T. I spent 3 hours on the phone with these people today. My only recourse was to drop T as my long distance provider. As a former stockholder of T I am only happy that I no longer am a shareholder of T. If all customers are treated like this they will be losing much more than market share. Had T said they would look into the charges and acted the least bit interested I would have elected to stay with them but the lack of concern and attitude was incredible.
Good Luck to All T holders because you will need it.
