They aren't? What do you call the behavior of people wantonly using up a finite resource? Sometimes it is rational to use up a finite resource. Other times it is not, but even if it is irrational that does not mean that the people doing this irrational action are children. And the idea of government treating adults as children is dangerous to our liberty. Tim
