Tim, Who got the most votes? Bush. Wrong! The contest is about electoral votes. Perhaps it should not be but it is and any changes would require a constitutional amendment and would not be retroactive. We know who won the popular votes but we will never know who won the electoral votes because of the Sup. Ct's intercession. ted
