Ted, read the first sentence of your post in which you asked me which court found Bill guilty. You asked the question and I answered you. Why did you ask the question in the first place if you didn't want to hear the answer. Technically one can say that the grand jury handed down an indictment, not a guilty verdict. To me according to definition, an indictment is the grand jury's form of a guilty verdict; in other words, if the jury feels there is probable cause to believe the person could be guilty, they hand down an indictment and order a full trial.
