Hello Bill. Yeah. Techs are not doing that great. Wireless and phone stocks are on the rise a bit today.

Hm. The DOW is really bouncing today but most of my stocks are in the NAS. So, nuttin doing for me today.

I am pretty sure the DOW is looking for Mr. A.G. to say good things tomorrow when he goes to the hill. Good things are bad things at this time. Weird, isn't it? I can't remember last time we had to hope for a bad economy so the FED cuts rates and our stocks can go up. So let's just hope that the economy will look better and rates will still be lowered and we are getting a tax cut along with it. Things could be looking up later in the year for the NAS and our techs. At least your QCOM is hanging in there and so is my reduced WCOM. Like I said, telecom and wireless today. I am just holding my stocks and try to ride this mess out again like so many times in the past. But next bull market I will take some profits. I hope to make it that long. gg.

Well. I am looking at Emulex which I sold late last year 162 before the 2 for 1 split and after the initial scare on that hoax. Then it went to 220 this month or 110 split adjusted. And look at it today. So I am telling myself that I did at least a cpl of things right in the last cpl of months. Sigh. Actually, I may look at this one again.

You were talking about MO. I bought some MO last year when it was 26 and sold around 34. I did it for the dividend. But then I was chicken and sold. Hm. I should have sold a cpl of other things instead. It looks like it could move some more once the food business and the tobacco business splits. Maybe we should look at it. But I may wait for another rate cut. With my luck it will be too late for me to buy MO then. What do you think? I hope Frank still has his MO. We have not seen him on the thread lately and some of his stocks are doing fine.

BTW. Since we are also an INTC thread I may as well mention that our Intc is doing alright today. I sure hope all those investors will make up their mind one of these days what to do with Intc. I am def. holding, unless I hear really tragic things coming out of the company. And I don't see it now at these prices.

I will be holding my fingers crossed on Dell so it will not influence Intc.

Sonny

PS. I just noticed that the NAS is now up 18 points. I should keep on posting.
