Bob - the timing of the sale on Friday doesn't make any sense. why sell into what appears to be good news and future appreciation? if its Brewer, maybe its just an "f-you" note. Other than that... P P.S. The disaster scenario is that someone knows something we don't and that a buy-out is??????
