Bill, you sound like you need help. Poor Julie Fouquet, an Agilent employee seems to have been thrown into this two-year old legal battle between Varian and the stockholders of MoBeta, Inc. by Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe. Do you read it differently? Have you no compassion, no sympathy for Julie Fouquet? I hope you are not suggesting that Julie Fouquet deserves to be called as a witness without her prior consent. If you do Bill, I do think you need help, at least help in learning compassion.
