It seems that a lot of the nervousness is being factored in so many stocks in this sector.

What happens when the selling just dries out?
Short covering expected when when JDSU revises earnings outlook due to merger. It may be too late to buy by next week, IMHO.

Another thing to consider is what happens to the SDLI people who are able to sell their stock on the market. That is always a worry but I suspect there are a lot of smart people who will want to wait it out for a better price.
And the 7.2 million JDSU to be bought by indexers will be able to absort a lot of the selling once the adjustment is made.

IMHO, this stock is at rock bottom price right now. I am going to make it one of my top 5 positions this week..buying a bit every day.

BTW--notice how cisco moved up when hardly any bulls can be found on the stock. I believe we are about to see the same with JDSU but in a bigger way.
