Sales may be down in Europe, but what about the rise in retail sales in sub $1000 computers?

PC sales are up 14% from last year. At first read, this sounds like good news. But if 29% of all PCs in April sold at under $1k, the overall profits for Intel have to be down.. If this buying trend continues, it could be significant by end of year.
