The missiles pointing back at North Korea are far more deterrent than some half-assed missile defense system.

You may not be aware of the fact that the North Korean leader doesn't have it all together in his head.

Suppose he commits a mass murder and kills all people of LA. Do you think the dead victims will feel much better about being dead because they are aware of the fact if we will kill millions of innocent North Koreans as a payback?
