Was the Christian god the only one to have his own son killed?

As I understand it, their God first created the concept of original sin, then tried to figure out a way to get rid of it. He decided that the best way to get rid of original sin, which he invented, was to have a human son, and then have him killed.

Perhaps that is why Christians don't make a big stink about child prostitution and abuse. After all, their god committed the worse kind of child abuse.
