Ima, I have never hid the fact that I'm an attorney. The fact is well known on the Elan board and also CREE. I am sole practitioner in Sacramento. I was one of the Elan 11 so I know what it is like being sued by a corporation. But even though my case was bogus, I have never spewed about the attorneys like you. I don't use fascist and attorney together because of the case. Further, I don't hide my identity. So if you want to attack me because I am attorney, be my guest.

We've had this discussion before on the Lucent thread. It comes down to you want to be judge, jury and executioner. You are the only person who has a POV. All attorney's are bad because they represent terrible people. Doesn't matter what our cannons of ethics say. You're right and that's all that matters.
