Ibexx,

What you say is no doubt true but I was not asking the amount
of time it takes build a new fabrication plant but rather how long it takes to install a new manufacturing process with an existing plant.

The question is how long does it take to convert an existing facility to to handle production of the P II. Given that they are using .35 micron fab process for Pentiums Classics ,they can use the facility for Pentium IIs. They need to setup the plant to handle the process.

regards,

Jim K.
